One import feeds every category tracker. Drop in the Zigaflow Quotations and Invoices exports (usually the prior 7 days) and the Jobs export; the file type is detected automatically. Jobs give each invoice its real cost. Each product line is sent to its category tracker. Decoration, delivery, express and design charges are attached to their product or left out. Importing an overlapping date range is safe: quotes and invoices are updated by reference, never duplicated.
These settings apply to this category only and are shared with everyone.
Used for the "vs target" comparison on the Collection Dashboard. Sub-collections without their own target use the blended target.
From the Product Tier Master: Tier 1 35% standard floor, Tier 2 20–29% by category, Tier 3 flat 30%. Invoice lines under the floor are flagged.
This category's families from the Product Tier Master, or its Product Manager's own Tier 1 list. A SKU gets its tier from a manual setting first, then the tier list (by product code, then by product name), then from being made in-house (Tier 1). Anything else is marked T3 Assumed - No Tier.
SKUs in this category that don't match its tier list, across all imported weeks. Set a tier to confirm it; your choice is shared with everyone.

Most products carry their category in Zigaflow's TB_Collection field. Products marked "In-House" or left blank are sent to a tracker by their Zigaflow category instead. Choose where each one goes; changes apply to all imported weeks straight away. Events & Themes products are not tracked.
Who can sign in to the tracker. Admins can add people, reset passwords and remove access. Give each person their password privately; they can change it under "My password".
Changing it signs you out on your other computers.
Download everything the tracker holds (imports, tiers, settings, mappings) as one file, or load a backup file back in. Restoring replaces documents with the versions in the file and keeps anything the file doesn't contain.
Every category shares these weeks. Remove a week to undo a bad import, then import that week again.
